Shipping Policies

Lost Parcels

If you believe your item is lost, please contact us within 28 days of the expected delivery date (which is a total of 42 days from the order date). We are unable to replace or refund orders deemed lost after this time.

Royal Mail requires a waiting period before considering a parcel as 'lost,' which is 10 working days AFTER the expected delivery date of your chosen delivery service. If your item has not arrived after this period, we will replace your order. Please note that no refunds will be issued for lost parcels, as this is to protect our business from fraudulent claims and ensure the integrity of our returns policy.

 

Delayed Deliveries

We understand that delays due to third-party services are frustrating, but please note that these are beyond our control. If your item is delayed and does not arrive by your required date, you are entitled to a full refund, including the postage costs. Refunds will be processed once the order is returned to us in its original packaging and unused condition. 

 

Incorrect Address

Please ensure that your delivery address is correct when placing an order. We cannot offer refunds or replacements for orders where an incorrect address has been provided.

 

Refunds and Exchanges

Our items undergo a strict quality control process. However, if you receive a faulty item, we will replace it at no extra cost to you. Please contact us within 14 days to arrange a return and exchange or refund.

 

If you’ve ordered the wrong size, we are happy to exchange the item. However, the buyer will need to cover the cost of additional postage. Replacement items are subject to the same processing time as standard orders and may depend on fabric availability. Please note that all returns must be in perfect, unwashed condition, and any items showing signs of use or washing will not be accepted for replacement and will be returned to you.

Turn-around time

All of our items are made to order therefore the turn-around time is APPROXIMATELY 4-5 weeks this does not include postage time.

If you are looking to get an order for a particular date please drop us a message and we can try our best to accommodate. 

Washing Instructions

Please wash our garments are 30°C not only is this best for the product but also the environment! Like all Jersey/Cotton products some shrinkage may occur, air drying is our recommended way of drying.

Custom

Here at My.Mama.Makes we offer custom orders, this may be a pocket, half and half style rompers etc.. Customs orders can be taken through Instagram for our most direct route of contact.

If its just a slight sizing change please just add a note to your order, such as; 'wider cuffs'.
