Why Baby Wear?

 

After leaving school at 16 i went on to study AAT Accountancy, after completing the course, i just knew it wasn't for me. I needed something creative, then a teacher suggested Textiles, i had never done Textiles before but i thought it looked right.

Once i had completed the course i went on to study Fashion and Textiles at Wolverhampton University, as well as working as a Tailor for Levi's.

After leaving University i fell pregnant quickly and once my maternity was up i returned to Levi's and i just wasn't happy there anymore.

I quit my job and i am now working for my Mother in Law, doing the Marketing for her Preschool, i still felt something was missing and that where My.Mama.Makes came from! Having a little boy i felt that it was hard to find unique, comfortable clothing on the high street and that was it on 30th May 2016 we opened on Instagram and haven't looked back!
